At East Coast MCM, all sales are generally final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless specified differently. However, in rare instances where we have made a significant error in fulfilling your order or if an item is damaged during packing and shipping, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping or delivery provider you select.
